OUR MISSION

Modernizing Notarial Law,
One Title at a Time

We build the technology that allows notaries to focus on what they do best: advising their clients and ensuring legal security.

Our Story

The idea for Paraito was born from a simple but frustrating observation: in 2024, real estate title examination remained an artisanal, manual process prone to errors, even though the data is digital.

Working closely with notarial firms, we saw brilliant professionals spending hours navigating the Land Registry, downloading PDFs one by one and copying lot numbers.

So we brought together experts in real estate law and artificial intelligence to create a solution that doesn't seek to replace the notary, but to give them superpowers.

Our Values

Absolute Rigor

In law, "close enough" doesn't exist. Our AI is calibrated for precision, not creativity. We prioritize reliability over speed.

At the Service of People

We believe technology should serve the professional, not the other way around. Paraito adapts to your processes, without forcing you to change.

Quebec Excellence

Proudly designed in Montreal. We understand the specificities of the Quebec Civil Code and the local notarial system.
